Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Traverse City, MI

Don't be fooled by the lack of cars at this hotel. It is one of the best ones I have stayed in. Rooms are not fancy, but they are clean. The staff are very nice and complimentary breakfast is offered. The hot tube and pool are also enjoyable and it is close to downtown TC

Full disclosure, I stayed here for cheap using loyalty points. It's an older property that has been very nicely updated and maintained. I was impressed overall with the condition of both common areas and my room. Everything appeared clean and functional. The property also has a very nice pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Staff were friendly and professional. I'd happily stay here again, even if I had to pay full price.

Honestly. For the price…10/10. Everything was clean. The beds were surprisingly comfy. The breakfast was slightly different each day which was since. The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledge. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. It’s got a great convenient location, super close to downtown but also super close to get to the outskirts.

The room was clean, the hallway smelled old, and the doors were all secured. Unfortunately, the neighbor was loud and we could hear the TV and them talking. The breakfast was very nice with many options including herbal teas.

This hotel is a great option in Traverse City. I've stayed here a few times now and this was my first time having a small issue which was thankfully quickly corrected. Be aware of Room 233, it shares a wall with the gym and the gym is open 24/7 so yes you will hear when someone is in there since the weight rack is against the shared wall. Thankfully there was a room I was able to move to and the staff were very understanding and helpful with that move! I like the location, it isn't right in downtown TC but close enough that it isn't hard to get to, especially with a back entrance out onto 8th street, although there is a giant pothole right on the easement with Munson in the front that is hard to avoid, not sure if that is a city issue or a property issue though.

Quick, friendly checkin. Large, comfortable room. Very clean. Easy to get to hotel and around town from hotel.

Location seems a little sketch. Rooms and service were great. Pool and massive hot tub were great and were open until midnight! No kids after 10 p.m. in pool area. Nice little hidden gem at good price

Stayed at this Country Inn & Suite of Traverse City on June 23. First time at a Country Inn, as I usually stay at Holiday Inn. Cost was $215. Clean. Sure, its not super up-to-date trendy decor, but the beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom clean, etc. Air conditioning was nice, not too terribly loud. Easy to adjust the temp. Pool was large so my 13 yr old daughter loved that! Sadly, Hot tub was broken Looks like it should be a quick fix repair? Breakfast was typical. Eggs, sausage, make your own waffles. We were please and would stay again.
